We will be selling Christmas decorations made by the children.  Floral table decorations, tree decorations and Rudolf’s Reindeer Dust for Christmas Eve will help to make sure you are all organised for Christmas!

We will also have a raffle with many great prizes donated to us from local businesses.  All monies raised will help us to develop our Outdoor Area.

Please come at 11.00am for the Morning session and at 2.30pm for the Afternoon session.

Ahoy me hearties!

We had our Pirate day in the Nursery where the children dressed up as pirates.  We have been learning about Pirates and have made hats, parrots, eye patches, Jolly Roger flags and treasure maps.  We have even had our treasure hunt around the Nursery!  Our day was the finale of our learning and we had a visit from Penicuik Library sharing stories, rhymes and songs with us.  They also delivered our Bookbug Pirate Packs and some ‘golden treasure’ for our 4 year olds.  We were entertained with a Sailor’s Hornpipe danced by Miss Coatham.

Our Nativity this year for Primary 1-2 is Whoops-a-Daisy Angel.  There will be two performances – Tuesday 13 December at 1.30pm and Wednesday 14 December at 9.30am.

Tickets will be free but donations will be gratefully received.  All adults will require a ticket to ensure we meet fire regulations and numbers will limited.  . . . → Read More: Nativity]]>

Videoing the performance is not allowed, however, still photographs of the performers can be taken at the end.  Parents of P1-2 pupils attending the afternoon performance can collect their children after their tea/coffee if they wish.  Our Nursery pupils will have a chance to watch the Nativity but we regret that no other pre-school child can attend the performances.
